Nope I just cant get down with professional football players knocking out women. Couldnt care less about 2009.

Of course Shady, All Day, those type of guys are still relevant. But when you're an average RB, you are easily replaced. Why sign Ray Rice when you can sign some schmoe off your practice squad and get the same

Production? Ray had his chance, he blew it. Next.

Oh, word? Because last time I checked, NFL players have a long standing reputation for domestic violence.

nfl players absolutely take the cake when it comes to criminal behavior out of any other sports leagues in this country

The NBA would like a word with you

his career is over
mean.gif

feminist groups will not let him play again
it's more than "feminist groups"

but even if it was just feminist groups that you care to single out, would they be wrong?

Rice is done, the only move he has to make now is to take some people w/ him. He should give an interview w/ his wife and lawyer and say that they showed Goodell the tape during the meeting.

yeah, this is not true at all

nba players are generally chill. you hardly hear about the same level of garbage at the hands of nba players

So, you been lurkin since 12 just to post some **** like this
eek.gif

TMZ don't sit on stories.

No self respecting journalist sits on a story like this for more then a day in fear of someone else beating you to the release.
probably been lurking here before you ever got your first pair of nikes

lol to tmz not sitting on it when lol goodell probably thought the nfl had the only copy of the tape

This.

NFL and The Ravens are lying through their teeth saying they never saw the vid till now when it was reported by a million people months earlier that they did.

This is exactly what's about to happen...

Of course the NFL crime rates are going to be higher

50+ guys on a roster. All of them, except the kickers and QB, are more or less insane. You have to be to be willing to take the beating these guys take.

Doesnt mean its okay to hit your wife with a two piece  Ray is done, and i couldnt be happier. Maybe he can get a contract in the CFL?

Scumbag Ravens

Congrats, that just further proves how inconsistent the NFL is with their rulings.
Not too sure, but I think Goodel said something about not seeing the tape in their ruling, and now that it's been released, they had no choice but to play follow up.  She should left him long ago.

Just let it come out that both the NFL and Ravens had seen the video prior to the 2 game suspension being announced. IF this video never leaked, he'd be out there in the purple

Do you know this as fact or are you just speculating?

You tell me...were there any signs pointing to Rice's release before the video leak?

Ray definitely would've been playing week 3 if that elevator tape didn't leak.

Looking forward to the NFL "we had to do the right thing" PR spin on this.

Exactly! This is why I'm very interested to know which video(s) the league/Ravens saw before the 2 game suspension was announced. I find it extremely hard to believe that TMZ would do the due diligence on this and get the security footage and the Ravens would not. Makes zero sense. This is why I wouldn't be surprised if Rice does sue the league.

My issue with the Rice case was that it took seeing the video to decide he needed to be suspended indefinitely? He admitted to hitting her, why did we need video footage to prompt the NFL to get rid of him?

Peter King, putting on a shield for the league in MMQB

They just threw his *** under the bus

Public outcry. That's what it is. No way you can tell me that the Ravens brass or the league wasn't privy to this video. There's just no way.

months of fact finding= 2 game suspension

few hours of public outrage= suspended indefinitely

the story isn't about ray rice at all imo.

we knew she got KO'd, how did yal think it went down?

this is a bad look for roger & co

so giants/lions…
