I'm not making any assumptions. Going by nothing but what I saw on the tape Judge Watt.

His actions were wrong and inexcusable. The Ravens did the right thing. WTBS, there's no evidence or statements from anyone about any prior incidents of abuse.

People make mistakes. I'm not going to sit here and act all high and mighty. Just my opinion though.
 
Rice's wife needs to get help herself; it's clear she finds what he did to be okay

a lot of time in abusive relationships the woman thinks she is the problem and that is why the male resorts to the lowest of the low

i understand it's your opinion, but a mistake would've been pushing the wrong floor button on the elevator or something like that

he straight knocked her out. that ain't no mistake

i'm not really trying to change your mind or anything, but i feel like it's perfectly ok to be judgmental in this kind of situation

Who are yall to judge where she is mentally. Shes not allowed to love and support him despite what he did?

Everybody knows best. Smh. Let that cpl be. She made her choice the next day when alcohol was no longer in the equation. The ring on her finger means something despite what yall wanna believe cuz of the two seconds of their life you witnessed. Hate when ppl r judged off their low point as if all his other attempts at being a good person are null and void.

Yall dont know anythiggggg about that woman or their relatuonship. Plz stop making baseless conclusions
 
You guys are acting like this happened yesterday. It's been 7 months. Hell he's already started treatment/counseling since it happened.

Nothing about her statement seemed tragic to me. They probably just already moved past it and it's being thrown in their face again.

Nothing worse than when someone keeps throwing up past mistakes in your face, especially if you're trying to change for the better...

Lol wut. Implying that everything he and her did was fine. Both of them are sick in the mind
 
Just an observation but because everyone likes to throw shade on Stafford. Everyone is talking about that second catch Calvin made for a TD but what about the throw? Matt was on the run going to the left and made that throw across the field and laid it in there where only Calvin could catch it. Not many QBs in the league can make that throw.

Not many QB's in the league are stupid enough to make that throw. He don't deserve a lick of praise for it.

Calvin had two defenders IN FRONT of him, his QB's backpedaling the other direction, and he went "eh, **** it" and threw it anyways. :lol:


If Romo threw that, and it was picked, the internet would implode. Calvin catches it, and you in here buyin credit for Matt. Come on.

Matt has arguably his most impressive game as a pro last night. He was incredible and if dude can keep that up, the slander should cease.

However... you want Matt to get credit for THIS?

Yes, I'm such a jerk for not crediting the QB for throwing off balance, over two defenders, across the field, to a receiver that was not open.

Matt would be the greatest QB in history if that is the basis you want to give credit for for quarterbacking.
 
Burning an Eli jersey is so damn dumb. He didn't have a good game but he was under pressure the entire night playing in a new system.

Stafford gets no credit for that TD. Calvin gets all the credit. Ridiculous catch. Stafford had a great night though.
 
Anyone who burns an Eli jersey is an ingrate. No matter how poor he's played recently he's given us two chips. He's good forever in NY as far as I'm concerned.
