Strongest arm does not equal Best arm b 

Ha. Ok. Anything else involved with a quarterback in terms of his arm has their mind, footwork and mechanics involved and not just arm. When you say best arm --arm being a singular part of a quarterbacks mechanics -- you're talking strength. Simple.

When people talk about strong arm you mean putting zip on a ball, not just how many yards can you throw it in the air. Which could mean rifling an 8 yard route.
