Saw the same thing since there's a lot of Niner fans on my twitter feed.  People were complaining like crazy about how hot it was during the pre season games

The Pats upcoming schedule is kinda rough.

Bills - Jets
Bears
Broncos
Colts
Lions
Packers
Chargers
Dolphins
Jets - Bills

Tough games sandwiched between two pieces of moldy bread (though the Bills look somewhat competent).
luckily at home for a few of those. on the road for indy, green bay, and san diego as far as those tough games go
does the nfl mandate that brady and peyton have to play each other every year?

literally it feels like every season the pats use to play the colts in the regular season.. and now it's the broncos

brady and manning teams usually finish first in the division, so they always square off typically. you play each team in your conference that finished in the same position as you in their respective divisions.

Because you play 2 games based on standings.

If the pats finish first and the colts / broncos finish first in their respective division they have potential to play each other so of course the higher ups are gonna make that game happened.

Higher ups don't make anything happen. The schedule rotates. Since Brady and Manning are in the same conference and there teams always finish first even the years there divisions don't match up directly they end up playing each other because of the place games. you play the same place teams of the two other divisions in your conference.

"Higher ups make it happen"

So dumb.

Its like getting ready for a madden tournament by practicing in rookie mode
