Was wondering how bad that was historically and how far off he was from Carr... I legit felt bad for the beatings dude was taking behind that Texans oline

kurt warner to bruce, holt, hakim..i'd say "who needs a running game" but then you had faulk out the backfield. **** that team, always destroyed NFCW secondaries. but still appreciated nonetheless

greatest show on turf >>>>>> chip kelly's offense at oregon

Faulk was unlike any RB I have ever seen when it came to having it all; he made that team run

I ****** hated that team more than anything back in 99 after the way they buried the niners in that dome :frown:

That was officially the end of an era...

They were electrifying tho, Torry, Bruce, Faulk, and Hakim :x

team was so loaded; I wonder if they would have had the same success with Trent Green that year; kind of crazy the twist of fate that hit Kurt Warner

That team was Faulk.. Everything was based off of him.. Dude was a legit WR running routes when he motioned out of the backfield

As I've said numerous times, if I had my choice of any RB in the history of the game.. I'm taking Marshall

It's crazy how Brian Westbrook was basically a poor man's version of Faulk and that is a huge compliment

i remember trading my marshall faulk rookie card in the late 90s in return for that ever elusive holographic charizard pokemon card...in my list of life regrets, this is above some of the one night stands i've had and sinking my money into lugz

I wish I could link stuff from NFL game rewind but the oline is letting dlinemen run untouched to Stafford.

If we can get just average offensive line play, average kicking and Calvin healthy, we are as good as any team in the league.

But if that line doesn't get it together we can have the best defense in the league and still be in trouble.

If Stafford last the season at this rate I'd be shocked.

What happened to the Lions o-line? Weren't y'all solid last season?

Gave up the 2nd least sacks in the league last year. Only Peyton Manning was sacked less.

Same dudes for the most part too.

I can't figure this team out to save my life but as long as they keep winning "Kanye Shrug"

Same - Oline coach?

Maybe it's the scheme.

Lions are the Jekyll and Hide of the NFL.

Funny because Stafford is the Jekyll and Hide as well.

About a year ago I said I can't wait to til we get to the point where Stafford can be "game manager" and we don't ask him to be Aaron Rodgers or Peyton Manning.

All that stat **** is cool but we didn't win **** when he was putting those numbers up.

Its weird having a defense.

I'm not comparing them at all but it's the same **** when Matt Schaub was lighting up the NFL in 2009/2010 seasons.

We didn't have a defense so dude had to try and out score everyone.

You ready for the Clowney show?

Lions are the weirdest team overall

its that they have enough talent to win 12 games a season but only end up with 5. its just stupid all around, i dont even get it.

all these damn flags extending drives. smh
