Ryan Williams is on the practice squad; if he is better than Randle why isn't he active?

The same reason Miles Austin didn't get a chance over Patrick Crayton and was third on the depth chart until Roy Williams suffered an injury and why Demarco Murray didn't get a chance until Felix Jones was injured. Our coaching staff is inept.

It's interesting, as this Randle news wouldn't even be national news if he played for any other team.

Williams sucked in Arizona before he busted his knee up again so I am not sure how he will be better than Randle
