Its always good to see a team that normally sucks finally get over .500. I hope the Browns keep this up and goes to the playoffs. El Presador is gonna go ham on his next rant  can't wait

AJ hasn't played to his level either this year. Had a few drops last night as well

DC - defensively do you think it is a simple as missing Zimmer? I know there are some injuries but they seemed to overcome those much better in years past

Nah, Geno is working his way back from an ACL. Brandon Thompson who's s run stopping DT is just starting to get healthy. Burfict and Rey M have been hurt. Variety of reasons. Zimmer always seemed to figure it out though regardless. Injuries have been a huge problem post the 3-0 start.

Not a fan of a few Cleveland "fans"... but i do want to see the Browns succeed.

Like Jump said, its fun seeing a new team enter playoff contention...especially when they've been out of it for so long.

Oh wait i cant root for another team to do well... I forgot, against NT's fandom policy.

Fully admitting I didn't have the guts to predict Browns in the playoffs as an AFC wildcard. Went Dolphins and Titans ultimately, the latter looking very poorly.

At least Cincy didn't sign Dalton to a 6 year contract or anything
I know "Red Rifle's" long-term extension is team friendly in terms of cutting ties at any juncture, but some Cincy fans are as blind as NYJ supporters who don't see their starting quarterbacks' mistakes and flaws.

If the browns keep winning this Hoyer Manziel thing will get really interesting.
There's only one right choice.

I see it as more of a good thing than a bad, for all parties involved.

Johnny gets to watch and learn instead of being thrown into the fire and embarrassed, Hoyer flourishes, Browns win games and have a trade asset OR a QB for their future whose picked up valuable lessons watching Hoyer.

Didn't he get the kaep year to year type deal or something?
Yep. But jokes > facts
When Dalton is good, he's still not going to carry a team. When he struggles, he gives his team no chance to win
Sums it up.

Do you know Cincy fans, Champ? Literally have met NONE who have the perspective that you just gave. Just interested in where you pulled that from.

If you're Cleveland's FO, you have to seriously consider moving Manziel for high-level pick compensation.

I do surprisingly, baffles me to meet Bengals fans in New Jersey. Again, I said some...not all. The few Cincy supporters I know defend Dalton pretty strongly, believing he deserved the contract extension and can get over the playoff hump. I don't see the Bengals ever winning a Super Bowl with "Red Rifle" as starting QB. When the defense was close to dominant under Zim, I've constantly repeated preference for McCarron. Limit his role and mistakes as a game manager, see what he can do at a low cost and low price.

Agreed. And to his credit, he's been saying and doing all of the right things. Hopefully it all translates in a couple of years. It's unfortunate that a lot of people have this stupid notion to write him off without throwing an NFL pass.

I know 2 Bungals fans in NJ.

Maybe we know the same people champ :nerd:

Ones a fire fighter :nerd:
Lol, nah. Main one I know is unemployed. Always posted at the local dive with a A.J. Green jersey, spending parents' money on beers and playing pool.
