Let's not forget about Michael Ervin in this discussion. He didn't have the crazy stats but he always showed big during those Cowboys runs.
 
Heinz Ward had some productive years as well and was a beast blocker

Linn Swann had some amazing big games
 
Wait, I just watched a clip from the 30 from 30....that play against Army was supposed to be penalized?! I had no idea you couldn't jump over defenders back then
