Do you guys have any idea how much of a bum Logan Thomas is, and how blessed his career has been just because he plays a bum smoothly?

My friends at Tech used to slurp him so hard when he first started playing. Saying he was the next Cam. By his senior year they were fed up with him.

For real. I live with a bunch of Pats fans up at school in CT. M******** are the absolute worst, right after the Chiefs game where they got blown out they were yelling for Brady to get benched and declaring that the season was over. A few weeks later they were saying no one will stop them on the way to the Super Bowl

And Ryan Lindley is better?

Not saying he's better, but I wouldn't be surprised if Thomas puts on as bad of a performance next week. Only positive for Logan is that he can move around a bit to mask his deficiencies, unlike Lindley.

the whole couldn't find a pats fan before 2000 is horse****. you couldn't find a pats before drew bledsoe was drafted. he's the one that got this franchise back on track...brady and bill just took it to a whole other level.

Yeah I figure you can catch teams off guard with a rookie unknown as to where Lindley is just a bum and teams know it

my boy DSA nailed it... bledsoe was my hero (i know **** i was only what 9-10ish? yeah ok so moving on) and he was basically the guy that jumpstarted the region's interest in pats since the games was usually blacked out.. and the dump that was foxboro stadium or rather, schaefer stadium if you must add

in every teams' fanhood, there's diehards and bandwagoners, and such... some moreso than others, per se... but pats was basically the least cheered on boston based franchise until drew came along with parcells but they never really had sustained success like other boston teams, for instance the B's, red sox, and the celtics (need i say more?) so we were literally starving for winning in football (we never really had it til BB/TB came along) because the success that was in the 80's was shortlived and was more of a fluke if anything. funny how time changes because now TBH, the pats are the hottest ticket in town since '01 pretty much....

I was in this thread trying to talk the pats fans off the cliff after that game. There was a big circle jerk about "Brady's decline", and how sad it is. Couldn't believe what I was reading and it was some of the guys in here that usually are good posters.

They really are a whiney bunch. To be fair, I still believe they take this year, but it drives me crazy how wishy washy these fans are. Half don't even know what a losing season looks like. Whatever.

haha true.. we have been very, very spoiled.... NFL is nothing to take granted for, ever especially when it comes to success, sustained success. it's so hard to be consistently good. lots of variations comes in play for that to happen.

Luke Kuechly has had a better season than Lavonte David.

He's dealt with some nagging injuries and playing in a new system that hasn't seemed to work for just about anybody before the last few weeks.

Winning is all they've ever known, kinda crazy. My boys have seen 8 or 9 championship parades in Boston since they've been alive. I just always remind them it could be so much worse. I usually get to celebrate maybe 5 victories a season thanks to Dan Snyder , then get to watch either the Caps, Wizards, or Nats not show up in the playoffs if they're fortunate enough to make it

Not like it applies to me, but here we are still talking about 14+ year old beefs.

At some point y'all really need to let go.

I also know the misery you speak of...it just comes in a different sport. Difference between me and y'all is when my team sucks...I mostly focus my frustrations on them instead of all that deflecting **** that suckers do.

A Jets fan speaking on others being whiny though?  Really g?

As someone who watched every snap of his at VA Tech I concur, dude is garbage. Such a huge drop off when he took over for throw Taylor. Dude Logan was a 50% career passer in college! Dude made it to the nfl strictly off being 6'6 with a rocket arm, so he fits a profile.
