As I understand the prosecutors believed there were credible reasons to believe he committed both crimes, but didn't feel they had enough evidence to prosecute because it was a he-said-she-said situation as to what actually happened inside the bathroom.How should he have paid the consequences? They tried to charge him, couldn't for a variety of reasons, he was suspended from the league for 6 games, a first if I remember correctly for being suspended based off allegations only, and has no major sponsorships. What else should have happened?
