NFC is gonna be hard for a team to sneak in.

Seahawks / 9ers both making it.

Packers

Whoever beats the Cowboys

Saints

So those are 5 seeds locked up and any of the remaining teams left.

Bears
Lions
Vikings
Bucs
Panthers
Cards

Obviously pending certain elements.
I don't see ANY WAY the Bucs or Vikings make it.

Don't like the Lions and Panthers choices that much either.

Give me this for NFC Playoffs...

1. SF

2. GB

3. NO

4. Philly

5. Seattle

6. Arizona

EDIT...I'll add my AFC predictions too...

1. Denver

2. Indy

3. NE

4. Cincy

5. SD

6. Pittsburgh (I guess?)

Lions are loaded offensily, have pieces at defense.

What that team lacks the most is discipline.

Bucs are talented top to bottom on both sides of the both, QB play was the biggest issue last year along with improper use of personal.

Panthers, I'm not sure if they can replicate last years success with this years limited offensive weapons and questions on the o-line, but maybe.

Vikings are the biggest wild card.
Right. My predictions aren't much different than last year's playoffs...sooo they won't be anything like that...

Teams that made the playoffs last year that I don't think make it this year though...Kansas City, Carolina, maybe Cincy? (except I don't know who else would win that division)...maybe San Diego?

Perfect example of why people shouldn't rush to judge. Dudes were in here talking about a yearlong suspension minimum
and not being reentered until completing a mandatory rehab session.

Now he might get less, or even completely off.

Armchair commissioners. :pimp:

Not sure how much of a "sleeper" this would be but I like the Cardinals this year to win 10 games...

I think three NFC West teams make the playoffs.

Cards are a legitimate team. Though the losses of Dansby and Washington will hurt.

Agreed.

Peterson is only getting better, Ellington is a good, not great, back...and if Palmer can just get the ball to Fitz, it'll open things up for Floyd and Roberts a bit as well.

Michael Floyd is going to eat this season, again. Another 1,000-yard season coming opposite Fitz.

I think the Vikings could get a wild card spot. Teddy is gonna cook. AD is AD. They have a really good receiving core imo and a solid secondary. I expect them to flourish :pimp:

vikings will be lucky to win 6 games this year, no way they make it to the playoffs period... especially in the nfc

Someone asked for a sleeper squad and that was my pick. I think saying they would be "lucky" to win 6 games is a stretch. They're a pretty good squad and if Teddy turns out to be the best QB in the draft, like I think he is, they're gonna be good.

I can't see any surprise team sneaking into the playoffs this year. The NFC is stacked and only getting better. Either Niners or Seahawks are getting 1st seed and wild card. Packers are winning north, the NFC east is a crapshoot, Saints are winning the south. That leaves one wildcard which and I don't have enough faith in the Cards offense to secure that wildcard, so I'm going with the Bears.

Hard to pick a winner from the NFC East. The four teams are so Jekyll and Hyde.

Looking at the AFC, I'm tempted to slip in the Dolphins. Depending on Tanny's growth as a leader and Miller taking the next step as a reliable RB1.

"best qb of the draft" is not saying anything, especially when the qbs in this years draft werent that good to begin with...

There's legitimate expectations for Teddy and Manziel to be long-term starters, especially with late first-round picks. Bortles was the third overall selection, and Bradley may be forced to give him keys to the car earlier than expected. Murray and McCarron have a chance to surprise based on value. Jimmy is a project, but the heir apparent to Brady in Bill's eyes. Some scouts fell in love with Savage, I didn't.

I think I'm going with the Cowboys just because who else can they lose to?

The AFC is pretty set. 3 teams might come out of the north. Dolphins have a chance, but are they better than the Ravens, Steelers, or Bengals?

Bortles and Bridgewater will be franchise Andy Dalton like stars. Derek Carr will be good and I don't see any other good QBs coming out of this draft.

Sean Lee loss hurts tremendously. He's one of the best all-around LB's when healthy, which hasn't been often unfortunately. Dallas could realistically start 1-3 with losses to SF, at STL, and NO. Seattle, Arizona, Chicago, and Indy are all tough games. Once again, like always, it comes down to who succeeds most within the division.

Don't know what to expect from Cincy without Zim. And I don't like Red Rifle at all, don't get me started about the new contract. Can Pittsburgh's offensive line consistently protect Ben and open holes for Bell? Plus Wheaton or someone else has to replace Sanders and take attention away from Brown. Baltimore kind of lacks identity, IMO. In a bit of a transition period. Ozzie drafts impeccably, but is anyone really fearful of their defense anymore without Lewis and Reed at the back-end?

So at one point or another Teddy, Manziel, and Bortles weren't legitimate options at #1 in what is considered one of the deepest classes in recent memory?

Phins Champ?

How's their o-line lookin?

New OC ? ... New system?

And I don't trust knowshon moreno. He was how close to losing his spot and being cut last year?

There's a difference lining up being 18 and lining up behind 17.
I think Miller will be the primary back over the course of the season. I like Miller because of the new OC. Lazor will attempt to utilize Lamar like Shady.

Hoping/assuming Pouncey is medically cleared by W1 or W2. Satele is adequate, has experience at center. Albert was a cornerstone piece to address a weakness. James through the Draft. Could come together.

Damn I forgot all about Dallas' schedule. NFL have them no breaks. They might really go 7-9 at best. Going with the Skins I guess? That division is dreadful.

Sadly, I don't see the Skins doing better than 8-8. A lot of things would have to go right for them to win the division. Just hope they improve and RG3 shows signs of being a franchise QB.

Should start 2-0 against Houston and J-Ville. If Washington can split 2 of the next 4, 4-2 start is good shape. The key will lie in the last 3 weeks against division opponents.

Houston taking that week 1.
Wouldn't be surprised. You see this guy Watt living that Spartan life? Sleeping on the floor, going beyond two-a-days.

JJ Watt :pimp:

wish more guys had their heads on straight like that man (as far as we can all tell)
