I always thought Elway was overrated. #flameon

Thats fair but why do you think that? Dan Reeves was a underrated great coach? I'm struggling for any other conclusions

2-3, 50% completion, 1128 yards, 3 TDs, 8 interceptions in the big game.

He also had 4 rushing touchdowns

I give him credit for dragging the weakest supporting casts to the Super Bowls

Also 2 of those Super Bowl losses he was facing juggernauts

He didn't win anything until Terrell Davis showed up.

Just getting to 3 Super Bowls with those scrub *** squads was an accomplishment

True. Saying that I think he's overrated doesn't mean I think he's bad, a scrub, etc. I just see his name put with the likes of Montana, Marino, Brady and think he's more of a top 6-10 then a 1-5.

It's really just splitting hairs.

Yeah I can't get behind Marino being better than Elway

He had few stinkers in the playoffs

1985, 1990 and 1992

#Browns made big-time offensive changes, parting ways with OC Kyle Shanahan and QB coach Dowell Loggains, source said (as @alexmarvez said)

Shanahan's going to SF.

speaking of the 80s-90s super bowls, nfl needs to bring back the old school super bowl roman numerals and get rid of the robot/terminator looking ones...

I loved the different designs for each one but Roger wanted them to be uniform moving forward. I preferred the old way, styled to the city hosting usually

Shanahan officially done with the Browns.
So is their QB coach.

Good for him, dealing with Manziel would seem like nothing but headaches. Im sure there is opportunities with better stability waiting for him.

Apparently the front office was forcing Manziel to the coaching staff all year long, neither the players in the locker room or Shanahan and the coaching staff wanted to change from Hoyer to Manziel.

That Cleveland front office is a joke.

I wonder who the homeless men around Cleveland will tell the front office to hire at coordinator.
