i think i had posted that here. liked elway. hated the raiders and they always showed the games locally when they sucked (they still do). elway always gave it to the raiders. broncos fan i became.

born in New York... grew up in Georgia ... started watching sports as a free agent and picked my teams on what I was drawn to...

Mavs - Kidd, Jackson, Mashburn

Braves - first exposure to live baseball... was never interested before that 

Eagles - Cunningham the gawd

Notre Dame - Rocket Ishmail

interesting thing about this...there's WAY more of these people than you'd think in MA. but there's apparently a reason.

basically prior to drew bledsoe, pats games were blacked out. so people our age, their fathers would watch and root for the giants. naturally the kids followed in their father's steps. so today, we have a bunch of red sox fans that root for the giants during football season. i still think it's kinda weird, but whatever :lol:

I'm a Bucs, Sixers, Mariners and Ducks fan that's lived in New Jersey and North Carolina......

I was born in Fremont. So I think 2/3 of my favorite teams being from the bay is enough.

Me being a broncos fan is what it is. From whenever I remember that's what it's been, and will be to my grave.
 
******* despise NY/Boston fans. Can't even talk to them. That **** is so stupid. I'm a Giants fan but I like Pedro and Manny so I like the Sox. I'm a Yankee fan and I like the Pats. **** is weak as hell.


I'm from NY, fan of Giants, Knicks, Yankees and occasionally watch the Rangers but I don't claim them because I don't watch enough hockey. I lived in NY in 94 when the Rangers won the Cup. It was hilarious.

My old screen name was Ballerific212 but had an issue with the password and changed it to 703. Either way, stupid *** username. Hahaha
 
I cringe when any one is a fan of boston teams... worst ****** fans in the world, especially pats and celtics...
 
Ah yes the ever so popular 'legitimize why you cheer for certain teams'. Present that evidence because it is a huge deal

I'm a Vikings fan from South Carolina so I'm used to all the strange looks :lol:

You'd think a lot of people here would be Panthers fans but most are either Steelers or Cowboys. Good bit of GIants and Packers fans as well...
 
I'm a youngin, but I've always loved football. I began liking the Broncos back in like 2002 because I liked the logo
