Bortles looked great. Hope they start him instead of just rolling with Henne again and basically hoping he just doesn't suck enough to lose them that many games.
 
Kyle Shanahan is going to get Manziel killed. Happy feet combined with read option will have him takin a lot of hits

Manziel was barley turning the corner against 2nd and 3rd stringers. A first team D-line is going to feast on that boy
 
I'm impressed so far the way bortles played and I knew Johnny would do ok not great in his 1st game but good nonetheless I'm wondering myself if teddy is going to be the real deal and if he starts over ponder is anther question

That was also a 2nd and 3rd string OL in front of him. Not Joe Thomas and Alex Mack.

Plus no Josh Gordon, Jordan Cameron or even Hawkins or Miles Austin or Ben Tate.

You're making this determination based off a few quarters in his first pre-season game. He got by the first and second levels a few times. Too soon to say "a first team D-line is going to feast" especially considering he was playing with his backups too

Have any of you actually watched a Kyle Shanahan offense? The guy will call the first 17 out 20 plays a run then get pass happy to close out a game. He WILL run him to the ground.

If RG3, a superior talent in all phases of the game, crashed and burned under Kyle, Manziel with lesser talent within and around himself will falter too.

Bradley and Caldwell are erring on the side of caution and playing Bortles' rookie campaign very conservatively. Without mounting public pressure in Jacksonville, I don't see Blake taking all that many snaps in the regular season.

Bortles has one of the baddest WAG in the NFL. That title can't be taken away by Manziel or anyone else for that matter.
