That's Sam Shields though with the ring tat and the Lombardi tat appears to be done on a plucked turkey.

Best part is the fan base has tripled in the past 10-15 years.  Most of Boston was Gmen land for a very long time.  Bandwagon got full real quick like with some real crazies.
