It's not that surprising. There's been reports about him having problems with teammates and the coaching staff. Plus he's been awful. I still think Chicago can trade him. Too many teams need a QB and Cutler is still in that 15-20 rank.

Well yeah but the franchise has always handled Cutty with kid gloves and made sure that no one would irritate/call him out.
This is a clear indication that they're done with Cutty.
Hopefully Emery, along with Trestman and the rest of the staff is next. Along with most of the Defense.
