JJ Watt literally win the Texans some games without even being on offense officially, he also is a great leader and inspiration for his team. I think everyone understands that.
 
Watt is EXTREMELY valuable. His impact on the game is tremendous. He literally kept Houston in games with his playmaking ability. Think about that --playmaking ability...on defense! Games were won because of Watts impact. They were competitve in some games they lost because of Watts impact. He's the NFL's most valuable player for 2014 in my opinion.

Texans would be picking #1 again if Watt wasn't beasting like this. He is playing better at his position than anybody at any position. If he's not the MVP just rename the award.

They should have co-Mvp like the year Manning and Steve Mcnair won it. 
 
I'm still surprised that people think that a guy that:

-Didn't lead the league in yardage
-Didn't lead the league in touchdown passes
-Didn't lead the league in completion percentage
-Didn't lead the league in QB rating
-Didn't lead their team to the best record in the NFL
-Didn't lead their team to the best record in the NFC

Deserves the MVP.

Good job finishing second in your conference with a decent statistical season. Have an MVP.
 
Romo is the same player he's always been, just has 8 Mississippi's to throw the ball when he drops back now.
