i see the comparison. average to above average QBs who both had good playoffs. for the most part any team that wins a superbowl will have their defense step up. ben was carried to that first ring but i think he had a big part of the 2nd one against arizona. everyone knows about the giants d line and defense really stepping up in the playoffs but eli earned his keep. flacco could become the 3rd brother in this comparison if things go as they are.

You mean the one where his defense was averaging 14.2 ppg that season?

I believe this was the same season in which Ben was 5/23 and still beat the ******** by at least two possessions.

Eli 15 TD's 2 INT's in those 2 super bowl runs but it was all the d-line.

Oh those 2 Super Bowl runs where your defense held all opponents to an average of about 17 points per game?

Hell of a job Eli...

As a Broncos fan I will tell you that you would be hard pressed to find a Super Bowl winning team whose defense didn't step up. Offensive talent too good.

lulz wut. what does that have to do with the game itself.

07 we were 10-6, wild card team and beat your boys in their house, 13-3 meaningless record. Had a top 10 defense that year.

2011 we were 9-7, 27th in total defense.

Haven't had a good LB since LT. Had the worst group of LBs in the last few years.

Great defenses like you said putts

The picture is from episode 1 where Yoda asks Anakin if he's afraid to lose his mother and Anakkn responds "what has that got to do with anything" and Yoda responds "EVERYTHING!"

I have no idea what you're talking about but this context is hilarious. Repped.

Ben Tate was horrific tonight. Pats and Blount really screwed Pitt. Would be odd poetic justice of the Ravens now take them out

Really sucks we didn't get to see that Steelers team at full strength in the playoffs.
