Petigrew grabbed defenders facemask, they could of called Offensive PI.
Defender didn't turn around and knocked Petigrews arm off his helmet, they could call Defensive PI or offsetting penalties or just a no penalty like they ended up doing.

Everyone hates on Peirera and now all of a sudden he's right? Nah...There's no face guarding in the NFL. The contact was minimal, at best. Based on the contact alone, refs don't usually call that tight in the playoffs. I think people think there's face guarding in the NFL. There's not. The refs handled it horribly, but that was not PI. No way.
