as soon as murray got going, it was a wrap. started slow but then started breaking off some chunks. the line started giving romo more time (barely)
Demarco Murray ran 18 times for 74 yards and 18 of them came on one run.

Romo won that game out of empty sets man.
Spray Tan didn't have a breakout out game stat wise, but the offense finally started to get in rhythm when they gave him more carries.

Cowboys were on that imbalanced offense steez of a few years ago in the first half. Having Romo drop back to pass on damn near every snap. While the Cowboys OLine has been lauded all season (and deservedly so) their pass protection has been shaky at times. Suh and those boys were teeing off on Romo on damn near every dropback.

Spray Tan getting more carries in the 2nd help loosen up the Lions' defense since they had to account for Murray now.

Let's be honest guys, if Cowboys won 52-0, people would still say rigged, blame the refs. The hate would come even if there wasn't a flag like that.

:rolleyes

look at these cowboys fans thinking they are the patriots all of a sudden
yall havent gained any success the past 2 decades to warrant any kind of real hatred
dont tell me the recent cowboys blunders the past 7 years arent hilarious
it was the only thing they have going and that is to provide the lulz

I'm sorry but I disagree.

All of Dallas' big plays were on 3rd or 4th and longer than 6 outside of the goaline play of course.

Romo buying time and getting rid of the ball is what won the game outside of the blatant cheating by the refs in the 2nd half.

I can't be the only one that noticed Tyron Smith hold "Ziggy" Ansah on the game-winning TD strike from Romo to "T-Willy."

Whether the PI call was right or wrong, be definitive and conclusive. No wavering or picking up flags at such a crucial juncture of the game. The refs doomed themselves with indecision. Looks weak and critics could spin it into home crowd influence, etc.

With that being said, Detroit had ample time to overcome the sleight (or not) and win the game on a last drive. Lack of a trustworthy, consistent run game hurt. Parking the bus with a lead hurt. You can't get conservative with the play-calling so early. Continue to attack and pick your spots with big plays.

I wonder how much blame Lions fans place on Caldwell. I still don't think he's a very good HC.

Stragiht headlock status.

But but but that can get called all the time. Well when a running back is "held" while is between the tackles that usually never gets called either.

Caldwell is aight. He's a leader of men which is what they needed but he's not a good tactician.

This is why Romo all of sudden had time after getting washed the 1st half.

not really sure what the cardinals have anything to do with this, it's different scenarios

Just pointing out the stupidity of a coach "parking the bus" essentially only up 14 after 1 quarter..

Only way I'm advocating it is up 30+ after 3

SneakerProSr. SneakerProSr. :
There was one play, I believe in the third quarter, Suh was blatantly held in the interior and still got the sack on Romo. It was second down because he followed up with another sack on third down.

I don't agree with the flag being picked up but at the same time I can't feel entirely bad for the Lions. Caldwell had the offense in prevent from the 3rd quarter.

Niketalk has been in existence for one other cowboys victory.

Go back to threads in January 2010 when they washed the eagles in the playoffs. I doubt anyone was saying that game was rigged.

That term "hate" is overused.

Who cares about the play and whether Cowboy fans can admit it was BS. It won't change the 20-24 score now, then, ever.

It ain't never been that serious.

I can't believe some of ya'll still in here defending this ****. The refs clearly handed you the game. I'm not even a Lions fan and I could care less about them but the delusion of Cowboys fans in here and around me is mindboggling. Ya'll really didn't see the blatant holding in the second half? You couldn't handle that pass rush in the first half so they let ya'll get away with dirty stuff in the 2nd half. It's plain as day. Dez runs on the field with NO HELMET and yells at a ref, gets no call and you pick up the PI?! WTF?! That's a penalty! Period. Look you guys are going into Lambeau, and let me tell you, Mr. Rodgers ain't going for the b*ll****. Good luck.
You done G?

Suh tried to end Rodgers season, and the Football gods gave him a pass.

Not today though G, can't outrun Karma

That was definitely an unsportsmanlike penalty on dez that wasn't called. If it gets called on coaches for coming off the sidelines it should get called on players for the same reason. That drive was killed by the zebras.

He does man.

I hope the Cowboys sign him this off season. (Suh)
