I see that, they tried to win now with Peyton. I'm just saying, their moves weren't like Washington and their QB. If they get a decent or good QB in 2015 or 2016, they're still a playoff team. That's how I interpreted building around a player. My mistake NT, forgive me.

how do i have hate for the man when i never met him and view him highly as a person from eveything i've seen about his character on tv and from the media?  like i said before, calling him out for his constant underacheiving isn't hating on the guy.    i don't like tom brady, but it's nothing i can really critique him on in terms of on field performance. he doesn't choke in the playoffs regularly.

I definitely think the Broncos went all in having had a taste last year. Added to the defense and substituted one receiver for a better one.

So they should have not gone after weapons and improve the team to try to win a title in this 3-4 year window?

This is what I'm saying. They got better on defense and got some weapons on offense. If Peyton is gone (which I don't think he is) you find a new QB and you're still in the playoffs. This team made great moves this offseason, got some great players.

your not a moderator dude.  i can post whatever i want football related in here regardless if you deem it acceptable or not.    my post didn't change any trajectory, you turned it into more of an issue then it needed to be. 

i don't think it's thread worthy, nor do i have a reason to pm you on it.   i posted something about a nfl player in the nfl discussion thread along with making posts in regards to the games being played this weekend.  

i'm done going back and forth with you. if you feel its relevant enough to pm me on that's totally fine as well though.

Elway might be on the hook.

They said Fox is out most likely if they lost this game.

Talib was solid pretty much all season long.

Welker was fine until the concussions.

Ware wasn't a bad move.

I thought they should have kept Moreno but they don't need him with CJ.

I wonder what that yearly scan for Peyton will show.


I really think something happened to his arm or neck around week 10.


Since coming to Denver we know he hasnt had much zip on the ball but he has had NOTHING on the ball as of late.

Moreno barely played this season, tore his ACL too, good thing Broncos didn't sign him back
Talib and Ware are not bums, although Welker is one.

CJ > Ronnie/Ball > Moreno...Moreno wasnt worth the money.

Look how much money is tied up with Peyton.

Fox should have been fired, he's too conservative but at the end of the day hasn't Peyton always ran things.

Elway made perfect moves at critical times when people were like :wow: and how is he doing it and to match up against NE and rivals.

Last season Welker had 10 TD, Talib made the Pro Bowl, and Ware had 6 sacks and a INT....

Sounds REAL washed....
 
I made such a killing this week betting on these games. That means i will bow out gracefully until next season. These upcoming matchups are really difficult to predict.

But i forsee the unorigial matchup of Hawks vs. Pats. Hawks with the re-pete. Love this part of the season, so intense. 
 
Peyton looked mediocre for a few weeks heading into today's matchup. Blame Peyton, WRs, defense, hell blame everybody not named CJ Anderson.

tbh Welker has been garbage this season.
Talib has been great and Ware has been decent.

Moreno would be such a bad signing. He didn't do jack for the dolphins, only one good game and then injured for the rest of the season.
