"6" was already been made and produced before he (bron) changed his mind by going back to "23" and the newest model from XMAS and so on its not "ID" but its "OH" on the right shoe and "IO" on the left put them together it spells out "OHIO"

Jordan was marketed as a hero and "we" bought into it. His whole image was sold as one to mimic. That's what justified the product. It wasn't because MJ was so morally sensitive to his "fans."
That period in time can only come along once. Nike can only market one "greatest ever." The majority says no one is even allowed to be mentioned in the same breath as MJ.
The culture and the climate are way different, and it was spearheaded by JB. Q Rich hurt my feelings many nights. Melo had some ill PE's in Denver that never dropped and he was the face of the brand at the time. Not to mention the many PE's that official and non official JB athletes got.... Penny, Sprewell, Mitch Richmond and even Bron and Kobe.
Because sneakers have become more lifestyle (JB again) than performance, options are necessary.
Lebron first championship shoe was widely available and even went on sale. Nobody is asking for his GR soldiers that he had that historic game against the Pistons. Lebrons AZG's will never sell like Jordan I's.
That "connection" just can't be duplicated in this sneakerhead culture. No matter the significance of the shoes, if it ain't limited, its gonna sit. Lebron can wear the CV for the rest of the year, we will be waiting on codes and talking bout how much we are willing to spend. It's just different.
Jordan is still making shoes for guys holding on to that time period. Let the new jacks create their own way.

I'm surprised at the shift in likes and wants over the ASG pair. I still don't see the it factor about it and I still believe it's the worst CW we got so far I rather have the Xmas pair but everyone has their own opinions. Just crazy how first pic everyone hated but now some of the tides have turned...but then again this is not new won't be the first or last time.
