The laces go into the upper and back out of another hole, without going through the shoe itself, sort of like a small tunnel but the upper is somewhat stiff.

Do you think Nike has some sort of device that makes the lacing easier? There are literally hundreds of thousands of LeBron 12s out there, and they all come laced as far as I can tell.
I imagine a huge room full of Chinese workers who do nothing but lace shoes all day. Damn.

Turn that pink medial posite piece to maroon, change the pink accents and liner to same silver/grey as the swoosh, and you got the best colorway of the XII's
