these or the xx9 in performance wise?
It's really a preference thing imo...

-Better court feel and a more minimal feel in the XX9 -- you feel the forefoot zoom more in the XX9 as well.

-The brons give you more heel cushion.

-Brons have a little bit more support (yes I say a little bit because it's pretty amazing how much that woven upper does in the XX9)

-The XX9 plays quicker/smoother imo, but the Bron 12 is not bad in that department, especially once you get a feel for them.

Yeah all black with hints of bright colors sounds ridiculous... Lol that's the least loud CW to be released this year. Your opinion though - I just thought I'd have a little fun with it.

I'll wait for the effect seen on the posite of the meridians to show up on ID to make one and maybe a CW in 2015 and I'll be good.

On a side note - I wonder what meetings internally at Nike were like when he said he was going back to Cleveland...

Damn 29s like that huh? iks mod iks mod we go back a bit so I'll trust your judgment - if you had to choose one to keep and one to toss, 29 or 12?

THIS

There were definitely members who said they wouldn't cop the 12s, but then the NBAstore and SA deals on the HOL popped up last week and they changed their mind.

Everybody's initial reaction to the 12's were such classics as "Those are hideous!" and "Worst Lebrons ever!" and who could forget "Looks like I'm saving $200!"
Then everybody's reaction became "Cop" "Cop" "Cop" "Copping from day one" "COP" "COP" "COP"

The first pictures leaked they were terrible..

Can't blame people that didn't liked it at first when you see a picture like this.
I didn't like the shoe but when real colorways and official pictures from Nike were released I changed my opinion.

I don't buy a shoe because the majority of the people like it. I don't care, I buy it cause I like it.
When do you see leaked pics of a lebron shoe dismantled? Anyone in their right mind would have thought these were how the shoe was going to look like, and if they did look like that I would be passing.

Everyone has the right to change their mind but it's the people who do it on a limited shoe, you don't see them all throughout the thread but then pop up and claim how much they're a fan now. Their excuses range from.. I was lurking, I always liked the shoe but was waiting for a decent colorway, I saw these in person today and I'm mad I slept on them.

bruh... you can't do this to me! haha

I'd say the XX9 would stay by a hair, it's really about preference though.  I feel like I get more mobility and enough support in the XX9, plus the step in comfort is unreal.  I'm liking the bron 12 more and more though and with a little extra cushion/support, it's easier on the knees long-term.  Almost hard for me to put them in the same category actually.

Exactly the same reason why i got the lebron 12
looking for that extra support since the kobe 8 f up my knees
xx9 is actuallly one of the best performance shoes ive ever worn
going to test out my lebron12 tonight or tomorrow though!

Post your review in here! I get my 12s in tomorrow. Big fan of the XX9 but I've always been a big fan of the cushion on LeBrons.

It's normal for some people to take longer to warm up to a shoe, and of course everyone has the right to change their mind.

But as far as "the turn" goes.....this is the latest and quickest I've ever seen it happen, at least for a LeBron. I wouldn't be surprised if dudes were pulling muscles and giving themselves whiplash on this one.

Pics can't be blamed because we've been seeing the finished product for quite awhile. I agree with Illmatic that the early discounts played a huge role in the turn, plus the comfort of the XII and the nice in-person looks of the HoaL seem to have been factors too.

^This. But why is it a problem if people changed their mind? We all knew it was coming eventually.

who cares about people changing their minds, it happens in every thread every year for every new lebron sig, its pretty much expected

id even venture to say people were talking about the turn WAYYYYY back when everyone was hating on those leaked pics that first popped up

Gotta admit the Dunk Forces are growing on me. LOL. The Turn. Probably won't cop tho. Wait for them discounts.

Dunkman 9 is one of my favorite Lebrons. Dunkman 8, 10 (both "variations") and 11 were letdowns. 12 is a step in the right direction

Upon expressing sarcasm on the interwebs, an emoji, meme or gif would be appreciated. Thank you kindly, sir.
lol, i can see why some people like them but it's just an ugly colorway to me, lebron 10 prisms were much better executed. the little bit of color on them wasn't that loud or fruity and it worked more on that model.

i would rather make a black/gold id if i wanted a more muted shoe.

then again i don't see why people are complaining about loudness when the design in itself isn't subtle at all, in my opinion i would rock black cement 3's if i wanted a basic shoe.

not everyone gets down with jordans anymore especially with the quality issues.
