A lot has been said already in regards to performance between the 2. But for me the standout differences between them are comfort, flexibility, and cushioning. Comfort easily goes to the XII due to the megafuse upper. Toes actually have room to wiggle which is nice. Flexibility comes from a combination of the upper as well as the sole with huge flex grooves separating each pod. Imagine a beefed up nike free sole.

Those 2 areas aren't really up for debate IMO. You may find differing opinions when it comes to the cushioning though. Lunarlon + full length zoom was definitely pillowy on the XI. The XII setup seems to value court feel a little more. Bottom loaded zoom in the forefoot isn't something you'll sink into like in the XI, but you still feel some responsiveness which is actually getting better the more I play in them. The heel zoom is extremely bouncy. Feels just like unlocked zoom that you'd find on the jordan XX8. Ultimately, it comes down to preference.

If I had to choose between the 2 for a game I would go with the XII because I prefer all of the aspects I've written about here. However, the XI was my go to for pretty much the entire year, beating out shoes like the Kobe 9 Elite and Jordan XX8. So it's not by any means a bad shoe. Being a smaller guard though, I just feel like the XII fits my style of play better.
thanks for the response. Everyone mentioned flexibility and comfort compared to to XI. I was looking more towards cushion and court feel that you mentioned.

Turns out LBJ wore two pairs last night! Good thing he's switching from and into the 12's

Anyone else think a white upper will yellow over time with the finish that's on the megafuse? I want to ID one but I hate how it might look after a week of hooping...

Really? Dayum. They gave me a 80$ credit for a code of mine not working, I was going to order a couple shoes.
I feel you. I got a $45 credit plus a 20% off code, so it disappoints me too. Based on history if they haven't put it up by 9 am EDT then they aren't getting them

Hard to tell with the colors, but aren't these them from Champs? I think you can see the part in that pic where they turn to volt halfway down.

These look more yellow than green to me.I was told by nike that they didn't release yet. Thanks by the way

A question on LeBron.

Do any of you think that LeBron is being forced by Nike to wear this new shoe, this year?

For some reason, watching him play, it looks as if he isn't very comfortable in this years makeup.

Highly doubt it. If he were that uncomfortable, he wouldn't be wearing them at all, like the XIs. He's also never had any real problems with wearing his sig shoes before last year, so it's not some kind of consistent problem he's had for multiple sigs.
