Sopranos is one of those shows where you really had to watch it when it first aired. Watching it after the fact, after all the changes we've seen in primetime television, is really difficult. The show is very slow and drawn out. In a day and age where most shows give instant gratification almost every episode watching the Sopranos can feel very dull. The acting and story are top notch but you have to have some free time and kinda get yourself into the mood to watch it.

The best show that I've seen was Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

That #NTLogic. You can't judge an entire series based off 1 show, let alone the finale that had a ton of stuff go down in the episodes immediately preceding it. You dudes kill me. Yes OP, it's worth a watch. Started watching it again last night now that it's on Amazon Prime. Now that I'm a little older I'm seeing those little nuances that make a show great that I missed before.

Are those fanboy ratings supposed to mean anything though? According to those rankings, the Gintama movie is the GOAT anime movie...
And speaking of The Wire, I always found the dialogue to be funny and out of place in the show. Do black dudes in Baltimore really call each other cock-sucker? If they actually do I'll fall back

Drawn out? Maybe. Slow? Hell no. I could and can easily watch 2-3 episodes back to back and be entertained. For you to say it's slow just tells me you weren't entertained and didn't appreciate the drama and dark humor.
