nice man. i really like this color way. debating these and the veg tan mirages.

you go a half size down and still have plenty of room?
I go TTS (12) on everything. It does leave some room in the toe area. I do have one 11.5 in the Jet Model, and those are snug but they're not uncomfortable.

Been wearing the black jets for about a week now. Got them from FNL for like $20. Super comfy and the quality if amazing on the leather. Tempted to get more now...

Anyone know what kind of tech the bottoms are?
I think the Jet is the most comfortable sneaker in that style I can remember wearing. I'm tempted to grab another of the brown and black off FNL.

I have the Rocket as well, which is like the mid version, and I don't find them quite as comfortable as the Jet.

I agree they look better with the shroud for the two tonal colorways and the black/reds. I also like the support from the shroud so far. can't wait to play in mine tomorrow and see how everything feels as they break in...
Looking forward to your thoughts!

Just got @TOM4S  's pair in this week and sent it off to him in France -- they look awesome.  Haven't picked any pairs up yet but eventually I'm sure I will.  Hope the lows release

Worked out in my JC3s Wednesday to break them in and then played in them Thursday for a few hours. Upper broke in quickly during my work out and I would say these are definitely TTS so far. We'll see if the upper stretches over time. Traction was great. Not awesome like the XX8s or Curry 2s, but not far behind. The court was pretty clean so we'll how the traction holds up on other courts. Support was very good with the shroud - never felt unstable. Didn't try them without the shroud - don't plan to anytime soon since I like the look and feel with the shroud. Transition was buttery smooth. Love the Black Foam cushioning. It broke in fast and then gave a smooth ride with noticeable rebound. I felt a little extra spring playing in them. If this keeps up this will officially be my favorite foam cushioning system and I'll have to pick up another pair.

The JC2 is a bit more unique looking. The JC3 without the shroud tends to have a generic look to it. One of the things missing from this line is the signature JC details anywhere on the shoe. Also, on the 3, I don't like how they took away the Brandblack logo on the midsole and replaced it with the Force Vector logo. I'm still tempted to grab the BHM 2s, as this is the last chance to grab a JC2 most likely.
Until (and if) the lows release.

I want those more than the 3's.

And the JC2.5 is coming out in Spring, too, so if we're counting the JC2 Low, there'll be another chance then.

The JC2.5, for anyone who doesn't know, is a JC2 with materials and tooling from the JC2 Low.

Jamal was wearing a white with blue midsole JC3 at the meet and greet. I hope they release that one. Not really into the grey.

I finally grabbed the BHM JC2 off of FinishLine. I figured I would get that and wait on the JC3, as those aren't going anywhere anytime soon.

Major DC dropped the price of the mesh Force Vectors to $100, which offsets their ridiculous shipping rates.
So I copped the reds, haven't seen them available in 11.5 anywhere else.

Really liking my blue JC3s on the court. Great overall shoe. Will pick up another pair once I can find them on discount -- only thing I don't like about them is that $160 price.

JC 3, you feel all the weight on the midsole/outsole. JC 2, the weight is even throughout. I don't have a scale, I'd say JC 2 is lighter. Would like to know the difference now that you asked.

$15 off $150 purchase with code 15LEAPYEAR150 if anybody looking to buy JC3 on FNL.
I was just about to post this also. Finish Line finally has a good coupon out there.

Combine that with 10% cash back at Splender (referral link in signature), and you can grab the JC3 for a nice price.

I think I would like playing in the JC3, but I don't know for sure.  Very curious about the feel of black foam, but the shoe does seem to sit a little higher overall

The sum up my experience with the JC2 -- it is definitely one of my favorites to play in.  Extremely comfortable and good court feel/fit/traction.  However, the combo of the upper being too forgiving after break-in and that the jetlon has almost too much spring/rebound (or is it a little soft?) occasionally felt weird.  More so on offense with the ball for me.  This is why I'm intrigued by the JC2 lows -- I think having that reinforcement at the forefoot will keep things connected and they could play extremely smooth.  Going to be hard to pass those up when they release (well... I think they're supposed to?)

I thought I was the only one with that issue . Don't know why no reviewers mentioned this. It's very annoying . Had same problem with JC 3 so I sent them back
