BrandBlack

Yep, I'm kinda digging some of their stuff. I have the leather Force Vectors I haven't even worn yet and there are a couple others in digging. Most of the people that endorse stuff it's all about money. That's fine, everyone has to make a living, but as someone described it to me is most of them are whθres. Whoever is pays them the most is where they go. That's fine, but I also don't buy a something because [blank] endorsed it. If any of that makes sense. Is there an article that says eh went to Adidas? Not calling anyone a liar I just searched and didn't find anything.

There is not an article yet - can't sign until October 1, but trust me, I have heard from "people". And I agree- i don't honestly think many bought the JC series because of JC, but because they look good and perform.

Wow. Definitely didn't expect this. I've bought the JCs because the shoes perform well, but also because he's a local (Seattle). I'm probably in the minority...

I'm not ashamed to admit that I am definitely one who originally bought the JC because of JC's endorsement. Same reason I have a pair of RBK S. Carter highs in the collection. Lol. I kept buying Brandblack because of the performance, but J Crossover is definitely what brought me to the 1st model and the Raptor. Kind of sad because I don't see adidas giving him a sign, just a pe if anything

Yeah, that's definitely the end of his signature line....not happening with adidas. I wonder how it changes the direction of the shoes, or lack of input that a signature model usually has.

I got into Brandblack when @thapointguy posted a pic wearing the JC2s at a warriors game. Without that, there is no way I'd ever have looked in this thread.

When we started hearing about Josh Smith wearing BB last season, i started trying to think of who else they could get sponsered. At the time, i thought Harrison Barnes woukd be a good fit. He was low profile in comparison to the big three on his team, but was young and had potential. Plus he was on a California team, which I think helps a smaller company like BB. And lastly, his nickname is "Black Falcon" :D

Now that he's a max player in Dallas, i don't know if he's beyond their means financially. But my man was weaing Adidas Light Em Up 2s last year, Future Legends or Rare Metals would be a big improvement.

Sole Collector had an interesting article on NBA shoe contracts, i wonder what tier Crawford and Barnes are on.

Did they make a leather version of the 2.5? I have to say that brown colorway is making me really like that shoe

Really digging the new off-white lows...

Though the smart move (for me at least) is to hang on until the rare metal

I really want to get those JC 2 Lows. How many Sneakers is too many?

I once talked to the manager of a shoe store and he said he over 5,000 I think. He showed me pictures of another house he has in another state and there were boxes and boxes and boxes everywhere. Maybe they weren't his pics and maybe empty boxes, who knows lol.

No such thing as too many.

This is true....although my girlfriend and apartment dimensions tell me otherwise lol.

If you're on NT, chances are you have too many.  Not even a joke.  If you want a real answer, ask your friends and family who aren't into sneakers.  If you ask people on NT, that's like a druggie asking other druggies for addiction help haha.

My friends and family all say I have too many shoes and they're right.  Even most people I ball with only have one pair for playing, and they're reluctant to spend $ on more shoes.

At this point in my life, with my current priorities, I'm satisfied with what I have.  In fact, I'm still trying to get rid of stuff.  It's a really weird feeling.  I can easily go days without checking NT now.  Before I would be on NT all day/night.

Shoot. I kinda feel like you just described me a little bit lol. Every time a new post comes up I get an email, my girlfriend is like "Is that Niketalk?", and I say "No"-chuckle/eye roll. I have come to the realization that I have a certain number (like 50) and it's hard to wear them all. So I have gotten to the point where I have to really ask myself "Do I like this shoe, or do I love this shoe"? All this one druggy to another I suppose hahaha

Anyone else seen these before? I love this color way and its for a good

Never seen them, curious if they'll use jetlon or black foam.
this is definitely the JC 3. It should be black foam, however it's encased in a carrier because it's very bouncy. Having said that though, i've literally never seen that colorway, or any color that uses a type of design like that. I'd be cautious.

Those are real. They were a Major exclusive JC3 (Georgetown University colorway)
