This right here... the color-blocking on that pair is really nice. I can't do the snakeskin either. Tempted to just go for it, but gotta hold off...
The Seattle pair is my fave of them all and there are some really other cw's. Wish I had come up with those

Weird...I thought I remembered reading it was a brandblack trademark that every colorway have a blue sole.

They got away from it a little with a couple of the colorways but the sole/traction is still blue on those so I guess they haven't completely discarded the blue idea. You just can't see it in those pictures.
On a side note, I'm loving the maroon JC2's. I have the blackouts in my TTS which I wear only casually now and the maroon 1/2 down for basketball. They have broken in a lot more than I expected and I'm having to lace them tighter as a result. Has anyone else noticed how tight Jamal Crawford laces his in games......maybe he has some skinny feet?

I noticed that too. I think its because he's one of those guys who like to wear his same pairs over and over again as opposed to breaking out new ones, so maybe that woven upper got too loose for him after a logging a whole bunch of NBA minutes along with the break in you mentioned. Hard to say though, because he did the same thing in the JC1. Only guy I notice tying his shoes that tight on a regular basis is Korver. Both of them basically make the lace loops touch.

Still debating on the olive one. Love the cw, but 160 plus 24 in shipping hurts. Select sizes of breds can be had for 112 at jackthreads too

Played in mine plenty of times and no signs of yellowing. Fresh out of the box, that Force Vector part was already a bit off white compared to the rest of the midsole, but I wouldn't call that yellowing.
