In an MMA fight, would Ronda Rousey beat Floyd Mayweather?

:lol: "world's fastest hands" having an advantage against an olympian grappler in an octagon. you guys are too much sometimes. royce gracie already proved this many years ago. you need grappling experience vs a grappler...wrestler or bjj fighter. having only boxing skills wont do you any good in mma. if you can't understand that then :smh:

I don't get why some of you are discrediting Floyd's OVERALL reflexes. He's cat-quick. In order to grapple, it would mean Rousey would have to get him to the ground. Mayweather is in another class of speed. He'd be ducking/dodging EVERYTHING.

dodging a punch to the head area and avoiding a grapple is a tad bit different

Not saying he couldnt do it but the area to attack is alot bigger than in boxing
 
If she even thinks of throwing a punch she'd take that pavement nap like how Lee Murray gave that work to Tito Ortiz.

So please stop with those examples. Floyd would break her face with one shot man. Yea, Floyd might not have knockout power against other boxers, but to use that as evidence as to why he wouldn't knock this woman out is just funny.

FLoyd is a defensive fighter. To believe he couldn't put together a technical takedown defense game vs her is wild. Again, you are disrespecting his instinct as an athlete.

EXACTLY. We aren't talking about GSP, Jon Jones, or Jose Aldo... we're talking about the 135 pound WOMANS MMA champion.

There's a huge different between sparring with men, in padded gear, during training... and getting punched in the face during a legit fight.

You're telling me that if Floyd caught Ronda the same way Tate did, it wouldn't do more damage?
 
So because Floyd couldn't knock out Maidana just means he couldn't knock out Rousey. Come on fellas. Don't let the hate for him cloud your judgement.
