Jordan 1 OG High "White/Black" Releasing 11/8/14

I might be in the minority about this but I think these would be a lot better if the tongue was black instead of white. Might be an easy pick up like the Shadows because of the simplicity with the colors regardless of the Nike Air

if Shadows dropped right now they wouldnt be easy... period

those were probably the most slept on shoe last year.

The hype done got to em unfortunately but a lot of people passed on them (and the barons to a certain extent) because of the neutral/basic colorway. If another retro releases along side these (hopefully), it should be an "easy" pick up

Not just you haha. Damn... black tongue would make it look so much better... thats why I asked if the tongue is going to be black or not.
I feel you. I would do a tongue swap with a pair of highlight reels (even if the Nike Air tag is red) if the tongue is white on the official pairs

basic OG colorway :nerd:

It's about time. Tired of seeing NA on gimmicky kicks nobody would care about if they were mids

Some of you guys try hard to make those mediocre Baron's to be better than they are.

The less and less they come out without original colors the more the Nike Air is losing its mystique on the 1s imo

If I can purchase a pair, I'll definitely swap the black tongue on my barons with the white tongue on these. The white tongue would look better on the barons anyway, so count me in for a pair...or two :pimp:

Man, really slept on one if I say so myself...I vividly remember reading this Jordan edition sole mag some years back and seeing these, as apart of the original set of ones that released in 85-86 which at the time of reading I didn't know was a colorway that did. nonetheless I thought they were ill then, still do and would cop no doubt.

Wow...people seriously complain about every single little detail? How about y'all just go make your own Jordan on Nike ID then

An entire extra line in a contrasting color across a midsole is not what I'd call a little detail tbh. Dirtys the look up quite a bit, sort of like a car with racing stripes vs. one without.

Well if the stitching were white, it'd eventually turn dark from dirt. It doesn't look bad and no where near as bold as a racing stripe on a car.

It's too early to complain. They're probably samples. They changed up the carmine NA's from the production ones.
