THE STRAIN on FX -- from Guillermo Del Toro -- Sunday, July 13 at 10pm

that whole story w/ nora and her mom was so
sick.gif

I was skipping the Nora parts  Only saw enough to understand the situation with the mom. Next thing I saw was her running out the back of the home while everybody was going crazy.

Once I saw vermin killing dude running away int he sewers and so many ppl turned down there I knew it was a wrap. This **** might spread in to the outer boroughs soon.

Preview showed **** is gonna go down with it spreading and no longer being a secret.

 @ the old guy still not being turned yet.

Those flashbacks in those camps were ****** up.
Irked me that dude didn't care about the video and tried to get Eph locked up instead.
Me too. He should've brought a live one in and sicked it on him.

Had me almost thinking he was a bad guy and on the vamps side the way he kept talking and not looking at the vid.

Eph gonna realize soon the only way to go is the old man's way.

Things definitely escalated quickly in that episode.

From a vampire just randomly showing up when Nora was visiting her mom to Fet getting bombarded with all those vampires in the sewer.

Those scenes with Setrakian seeing the Master putting in work at that camp was creepy as hell.

Yeah that Kevin Durand guy was Blob in the Wolverine movie. He was also Keamy in LOST.

Cant wait until Walder Frey's character slices off the lawyer chicks head. Been wanting her dead since the pilot.

Other then the nanny who was smart enough to leave with the kids, all these female characters are either dumb or annoying. Hopefully they smarten up

anyone else read the book? don't want to ruin anything for you guys. this was my favorite episode so far.

I used to like Nora and her triangle shaped jaw, but now she's just annoying. I guess she doesn't think those infected "people" are safe to be around and didn't try to help that guy. She grabbed her alcoholic mama real quick and got out of there.

Show is starting to piss me off. Like y'all seeing bonified zombie vampires and ain't notified no one important.

Exterminator almost got killed in the sewer, and ends up drawing a sketch and eating breakfast like it's no big deal?!?

Doc shows his boss clear visual evidence on his phone, boss ignores the evidence for what?!?

In this New York City the locals brush it off like any other freak show

I mean right now who knows what's living in abandoned train tunnels or what the homeless ppl living there have turned in to  Plus Eph's phone was small as ****, his boss probably thought it was an indie horror movie.

But nah, I feel you it's dumb as ****.

Just like the medical examiner roaming and the Fed guy said it was a homeless man

How did the cops not see the zombie vampire next to the Latinos as they were getting arrested too?

I overall like the show though. There are some things that are a little sloppy but aren't deal breakers.

I'm already invested in the show and it's interesting, so I'll continue to watch but some of this **** is sharknadoesk

I agree  but on the other side, I believe the cab driver said the cell phone service is all down...so who knows, maybe they all are dialing 911 or some **** I thought this week was gonna be some crazy stuff and the eclipse would happen sooner in the ep.

lol, dudes arresting the latinos
wonder what the new "plan" is?
i really wanna read the book(s) but don't wanna ruin the show for me

Missed that. I was watching like 'they don't have smartphones' when this broad was flipping through the yellow pages at a payphone.

^ Benefit of captions man, don't miss anything. That's what was going on around the world too when they were spanning the globe at the very beginning of the ep...every country complaining about internet and cell service being down and markets plunging.

Yea at the beginning and then when the old man got the cab ride the driver said it like stated. Also, when the doctor that works for those creatures called the female doctor and the phone cut out was due to that as well. Or the feds cut them off since they were at the door

Big dawg dodging bullets n **** smh
And I guess that's gonna be it for the heavy set Latino dude. Smh
Lots of smh this episode
