Official Mitchell and Ness Thread: Jerseys, Hats, Shirts, Shorts, Questions POST EM UP

At that point, I'd call the store. That happened to me when they dropped that GSW Webber, sold out in my size online, and restocked like 4 yrs later lol. I went to Philly one year, just went in to randomly look in the store and they had it....chillin, and they had a 30% sale that day when I walked in. I also copped the blue Lakers shorts that day. Ironically enough, they had both home and road Bo Jackson Royals jerseys in. I also saw a Rickey Henderson home A's too (neither one was on the site at the time). That's when I knew you really have to investigate the physical store if you don't see something you really want.

Best part is they didn't even offer like a promo code or anything as a make-good. Just basically told me to kick rocks. I've been to the store a couple times when I went to Philly for ballgames. Love the store (and the city in general, actually), it's like a sports museum. But yeah, seems like the webstore has issues that they just have no interest in fixing.

Nope, that's why I said they don't care about your feelings. Feels like the online store CS has been a part time job for someone

Mitchell & Ness sure is an inept company based on the past feedback I read about them on here.

My friend currently has an ordeal with them. He ordered something from them last month and there was a discrepancy with it. He notified them via their website on the returns page the day he received it. They didn't reply. Then he reached out to them again on the same web page exactly two weeks later, same result.

He eventually initiated a dispute with his credit card company to prevent delinquency on his account because they never got back to him. So now it's in the hands of his credit card company to resolve it instead of them just replying promptly with a feasible resolution.

Sadly, MANY PEOPLE have had the exact same experience with M&N. Many have attempted to return things to M&N for whatever the reason and they’ve been ignored and left in the wind. This has been going on for YEARS with M&N.

I'm wondering why the Mitchell & Ness website hasn't been revised to look and operate like a Fanatics site by now since they've been bought out by them. Theoretically, the websites of companies that are under a corporate umbrella are normally somewhat identical, albeit under a different company name depending on which one you opt to browse.

It would be a lot easier and better if it was revamped like a Fanatics site, especially with the usual promo codes that are available. It would be nice to use promo codes on items they have that the Fanatics sites don't have.

It would also be easier to reach an actual person if it was revised as a Fanatics site by now.

What’s crazy is, Fanatics is already sneakily doing this on their site. I added a jacket to my cart on Fanatics and saw that it had “Shipped Directly From a Trusted Partner” above the product. I didn’t care and ordered it anyway, time passes, I received the item and it was shipped directly from M&N. I found that there’s a bunch of other items on Fanatics that are tagged the same way as well (pictured).

Bo Jackson Royals road jersey, XL. Been wanting it for like 20 yrs and I'm at the point where I can have zero guilt in dropping $200+ on a jersey but it's never been in stock. I've had the restock notification email set for like 2 yrs I want to say. Honestly I didn't think it'd ever come back, like how they've never re-done Sandy Koufax wool jerseys in like 20 yrs now. But it restocked last week while they had the 30% off sale on, so I thought the fates aligned for me lol. They, in fact, did not...
Call the store. I saw this jersey in person when i visited the philly flagship store a few days ago. The one i saw was a Large but they might also have other sizes
