With any other company, yes they would care but they won't take care of you. Most will direct you back to the place you purchased it

And the last company you want to contact on twitter is M&N, all that dude will do is clown you and be of zero help.

Either way though, you'd probably would have better luck getting your money back going back to where you bought it from since those are clearly messed up. If Lids wants to take it up with M&N as their vendor who delivered shoddy goods, that's up to them.

My point like Nike and all these companies say, if you have an issue with a product they can try and help but they won't be refunding you or providing another product if you didn't buy directly from them, they tell you to talk to the store/company you bought from

Lids will take em back. All I was saying is this is nothing new with M&N and it was funny someone thought they would care because their customer service online and in general is one of the worst. I had an issue about 2 years ago and took a month just to get fixed which should have took no more than a day or two.

Like above my order just showed up today as well. One day ahead then what was scheduled.

Help others with sizing. I'm 5'9, 153 lbs. medium around the waist fits perfect. Not to snug but I wouldn't need to use the drawstring to walk around in them. Length wise, standing up they hit slightly above my knee caps. Great shorts. Gonna need the red Bulls shorts now.
