Its like that here too. I was expecting something from UPS once and my buzzer sometimes acts up when i pick up the phone. I ran downstairs quickly, im only on the 4th floor, and i saw the delivery guy was walking away from the building to his truck. I had to yell at him and tell him to come back smh.

It was better when i lived with my mom on the east coast. I got to know a couple drivers 1 from UPS and 1 from FedEx and got their cell phone numbers. Theyd call me whenever they had a package for me and if i wasnt home yet theyd stop by after their route. I had one guy leave it with a friend of mine while i was at work. No such luck out here.
