TERMINATOR THREAD - T2 turns 30 July 3

I wonder if Kyle Reese will survive in the film since this is a new story for the franchise

So we got terminator, Jurassic park, what else are they putting out?



They need to just take the story into the future already, like past sending people back future. They're redoing terminator 2 pretty much.

Won't lie, trailer wasn't as bad as I expected,will probably movie hop to see this is something better is out at the time.

I need to go see it but this (starts at 20:00) basically ruins the notion of T3

Movie looks confusing but the action looks good so I'm down. Man I'm just glad they don't got the T-X against them, that thing shot energy blasts (crazy the script allowed them to live).

An Asian T2000 is just strange to me but I thought the female Terminator was odd as well. I am not against it like how people are with the black Storm Trooper in the Star Wars trailer but it's like they try to be different when they don't have to be. It almost seems purposely done for that reason of being politically correct.

what is strange about an Asian cat who's talented starring in a flick? Its a damn fictional movie set in America. :smh:

I am not criticizing the actor they used. I am all for Asians coming up in the movie biz. I just wonder if it won't have the same effect as the past Terminators. T3 just didn't have the same appeal since they used a female. Like I said, it's like they did it to be different and they were going to use the girls sex appeal as an angleand it was just an odd direction for the franchise that it made T1 and T2 separate from T3. Salvation I'll give a pass since it takes place in the future but T4 is right back in the same era of the older ones. It's just an observation though so I hope they can pull it off.
 
What ya'll don't realize is the varying terminators are part of the storyline. Seeing as the machine's goal was to integrate among humans undetected, they realized the mistake they made with the t-800 all looking like arnold.

Hence the T-1000 was able to take on multiple facades.

Y'all need to leave that race stuff alone :lol:

I'm ready. I've enjoyed every movie of this series. Salvation was my least favorite. Felt they made storyline B(Marcus Wright) outshine storyline A(John Connor). The trailer looks good. Can't wait!!

New T1000 is Asian?...they could have rehired Robert Patrick, he's barely aged...my man legit gave me nightmares as a kid...he was menacing as ****
