Pretty sure it was just Fox's unobtainable expectations, as far as ratings go. I remember reviews for the show were pretty favorable while it was on.
 
I posted a few pages ago how I liked the show. Lena Headey should've tried to get ripped arms though. Summer Glau looked good in it too.
 
I've seen a few episodes and they weren't bad and if I remember right the reviews were decent.

It wouldn't be the first time Fox cancelled a good show....remember Firefly?
 
fox likes cancelling shows. I remember they were promoting the hell out of that show lonestar. The pilot got low ratings and I think they cancelled it right there after only 1 episode.

the last trailer they put it had major spoilers too. its like they dont know what they are doing 
 
Supposedly this is like routine. Terminator 2 trailer supposedly revealed Arnold was the good guy and Salvation trailer revealed Marcus was a terminator. I think there might have been a big spoiler in the T3 trailer too but I do not remember.
 
I don't see how knowing t-800 being good spoils the movie. Salvation and this new trailer DOES :lol: the twist in the plot is over. T-800 proves he's good within 15-20 mins of the movie running
 
I know, while not a bit plot twist, I think many thought he would be the bad guy again. I just read or heard it from a podcast somewhere so I am just relaying the info.
 
They continue to spoil the movie :lol:

That twist would of been pretty interesting to discover while watching it
 
I think the studio felt compelled to spoil the big reveal when the first trailer(s) got bad feedback.
 
Yeah, the small elements that made T1 and T2 Rated R were the details that made them great movies. Just because they were not swearing left and right, and not having nudity everywhere, doesn't mean you can take advantage of that from those movies, and aim to make this movie pg-13.

Terminators are killing machines with no regard for human life. That's what parts 1, 2 and 3 got right. You cant portray that correctly in a pg-13 movie.

Nevertheless, I am a huge Terminator fan, and will go see it regardless of the rating. Its one of those things as a fan, where you just have to know what happens.

On a positive note, I am excited they are retroing the Vandal High from T1. Ive been wanting that colorway for the longest time. :D
