Too many people are running to conclusions based some on information the police and media released. The same people who thought Maino was involved just because he was there, his reputation and from Brooklyn. I'm just wondering why people are so quick to believe Troy just pulled out a hammer and was shooting everyone but his target. I could understand if he had a head wound. Kid was shooting himself, his man, his or Maino's girlfriend. Damn doggy, Daredevil could do a better job. That's why I don't believe that story. It doesn't seem logical. Much less why and who were the targets.
Also I'm pretty sure there's more than one camera.
Plus there's plenty of witnesses. In case you didn't know, witnesses talking about what happen during a crime isn't snitching. The issue is how many are going to want to go to court? Plea?
There's also fingerprints. Which would make no sense for someone to drop a gun, at least not intentionally.

regardless if his man's was just marked and he was shot. On cam letting off a blind shot into a crowded venue on camera in NY is getting him more than a year right there. Now he might not be sitting down for the 30 some dudes are saying but he def getting some time. I doubt he shot his man's and himself, he reacted to be shot but unfortunately he live in the worse place for that. I'm Texas dude would be a hero.

I also think the og shooter will be caught and do time also. But troy ain't getting a this slap on the wrist like some would hope. He fired a shot in a crowded venue at someone running away, the og shooter might take the murder and other injuries tho.

Lol no way will he do so little time, best case scenario he does like 8-10. Were talking about NYC here, even if those stories defending troy in every way are true its still not looking good at all. IMO Troys gonna get hit with a very long time, probably life tbh. NYPD pretty much already wrapped this case up and are just waiting for the ballistics test to come back to charge Troy with murder from everything that I've seen and read on this case

Troy basically has to tell the NYPD who shot him etc.....If that is what actually happen thats his only chance of somewhat getting off the "Bigger Charges"

According to reports NYPD and hospital records already say that his gunshot was self inflicted I don't think they'd just throw that **** out there without knowing especially considering all the footage they have and the doctors would be able to tell as well. People don't wanna believe it tho well see what happens

I think right now he's been charged with attempted murder and criminal possession.
Given that both of those charges appear to be documented on video, I can't see him getting off.
I said this in the thread in General, but if they tried to hit him with Banga's murder and he didn't commit that, then that's another conversation entirely.
