Being a witness isn't a snitch. At least if it's not Troy's people.
And Troy can tell his own lawyer what really happen, and the defense can be worked around that.

Just for the record the murder charge is his TOP charge not his only charge he has lesser charges he is being accused of.

If they can't prove the attempted murder charge then it hurts the rest of heir case.
Victim? Punching someone, and pulling a gun and shooting someone are two different things. If someone just shot you and shot your boy killing him, what would you do? Wait for the police? Nobody knows what they would do in that situation in the heat of the moment with adrenaline pumping. In Raleigh someone just got hit with a car after they robbed dudes waiting for XII's.

@ComptonPrince is right IMO, everything they are charging him w/ right now they can pretty much prove. How can they not prove the attempted murder when in the footage we clearly see Troy chase, aim and attempt to shoot someone in a crowded club? The guy who died, Troy ave's boy Banga, is confirmed to be next to him in the footage running after whoever they were chasing (Tax or his friend or w/e) and Troy Ave was already shooting then.. From talking to my friends who work for the NYPD, I just can't see anyway Troy doesn't serve A LOT of time even if the gun was really dropped by someone who shot both of them. If I had to guess, I really think this is just a case of a bully bullying another bully into trying to prove something (when keeping it real goes wrong) cause Tax has been on Troy's *** for a long time for rapping about a life he never lived and Troy was sick of it. Like you said tho Magic, lets just wait and see how it plays out but it ain't looking good for him at all but at the very least Troy has a squeaky clean record so that should help.

I'm guessing like everybody else but I assumed his friend was shot in the other room. Even if that was him in the video
he clearly aims and doesn't shot in that direction. I have a hard time believing Troy shoots his friend and his girl, lets
be real for a second. Multiple people have confirmed a gunmen fired the shots and it wasn't Troy.
Yep no video and he was toast based off eye witnesses.

Ballistics showed that his gun wasn't the gun that shot all the people, he for sure wasn't the only shooter he just the the fall for Devin Combs
