they're gonna lay into tax with crazy charges in hopes he tells on the real shooter

tax in a lose, lose

troy doing time as well more than likely but less

shooter might depending on who comes forth

and that podcast quote from way before the shooting so it makes it look premeditated

and vlad means nothing

tax just rehashed stuff on vlad that he's been saying for months

They cant use the podcast in court.
That's freedom of speech.
If the cops ain't read tax his rights when they arrested him, he can get off easy, and they can't charge him again cus that's double jeopardy right?
the reading rights thing is a muth, you actually don't have to be told it. And he can freely talk all he wants but it can also be freely used against him

Miranda rights has to do with the police questioning you after you've been arrested and using your answers as evidence in court. If you don't get Mirandized anything you say in response to their questioning for the most part can't be used as evidence in court. If you do get Mirandized and they ask questions, anything you say after is fair game. This is why lawyers advise people to say nothing.

I have no clue at all what buddy up there talking about tho

 I could've sworn that if a cop doesn't read you you're rights, you get off scotch free?? I was lied to my whole life :smh:

If flyny could have his way, tax and Ave would get off.

This is a fact
Both of them are doing a lot to advance the culture

troy aint even his favorite rapper fly young red is

I respect what both Fly Young Redd and Sissy Rich is doing for the southern hip hop community, but favorite is an overstatement  . Sissy Rich would wash Fly Young Red in a battle though. Straight facts

Honestly if I was Casanova when Tax get out on bail (he will) I would have to smoke him. If Cas killed Banga you can't let your free will be dependent on Tax singing or not.

Then he'll be look at as a suspect in the murder of Tax, and the DA could very well try to pin Banga's murder on him as well. So he'll run the risk of having two bodies to account for.

where the hell did Casanova become a suspect? ya'll gotta stop letting these internet weirdos circulate ******** stories.

http://www.xxlmag.com/news/2017/01/social-media-taxstone-arrest-troy-ave-shooting/

The seven-page complaint begins by mentioning how Tax was found guilty of attempted robbery in the second degree back in 2008, making him a felon prohibited from possessing a firearm. It goes on to mention how Campbell openly “proclaimed his membership to the Bloods” in certain public statements.

The complaint then references Troy Ave, though not by name, as somebody Tax antagonized in public by calling Troy “cowardly and unwilling to use violence” and accusing him of having a fake reputation for both “musical and criminal accomplishments.”

The report also references an audio recording made prior to the Irving Plaza shooting in which Tax “proclaimed his willingness to open fire if a group of men were to approach him.” At the end of the clip, he says Troy’s name. You can hear that clip above.

In addition, Detective Flores says he was able to identify the Florida man who brought the gun that was used in the Irving Plaza shooting, a 9mm Kel-Tec semiautomatic handgun, to New York through pictures on social media: “I know from my review of social media, including photographs depicting the two together, among other evidence, that [the man who brought the gun to New York] is an associate of Daryl Campbell, a/k/a ‘Taxstone,’ the defendant.”

^^They said they already talked to the person who originally purchased the gun in Florida and they admitted to leaving it with one of Tax's homies October 2015

All i'm getting out of that article is that the Cops probably still don't know who did what, But Tax already having the extensive record he has & having a public profile is the best target to pin this on. Crazy that he was in a picture with him is enough for the court system to indict someone based on circumstances.

They don't give a **** about 'enough.' When they come to a conclusion on a 'story' they do everything they can to bend the facts to fit the story they've made, regardless of how true it is.

They just want to pin someone on it, and being that Tax got DNA on everything, he's got a TON to lose right now and his history with Troy Ave, they're going to pin this on Tax and make him make a decision. Either he gives himself up or (if he isn't responsible) he speaks.

Either way the Feds get someone to throw in shackles.

So he only got charged with weapons charges, no assault or attempted murder. He'll beat the charges
