Facts. I know someone who going through it now cause they claim he was involved in a situation all cause they seen mans with a backpack in a video and they are trying to bend the truth to fit their nonsense just to close a case. Especially as a minority they don't give a ffff if you telling the truth. They gonna lock you up.

So they linked him to the purchase of the murder weapon, the only 2 other people with DNA on the murder weapon were shot with it, obviously they didnt shoot themselves. It's either tell us who u gave ur gun to or its on you. Yeah its all circumstantial but it might be enough to give him the 25.
Yeah theres the self defense angle but its kinda hard when you making threats, calling yourself bullying Troy, all in the videos. And you never reported having to kill someone in self defense until charges come. Doesnt look good for ol boy. Definitely gonna be a very expensive trial for Charlemagne to foot the bill for.
As for Troy, depending on the balistics, if he really never had a gun and just took it from tax or his peoples....and depending on how strong the self defense story is, which seems pretty strong especially with the second shooting, he may walk on everything.

Plus you have to factor in how long you had it. Did you clean it? Did you take it apart to get it in somewhere? If you purchased it specifically to do something, yeah, you might not forget.

I agree with everything but Troy possibly walking. They got him on camera firing into a crowded club in New York City. They'll find a way to have him sitting for at least a few years.
Didnt really consider that caveat to a self defense charge. Looks kind of funny if that's your defense, but you claimed to not have been there for almost a year.

The only one I can think of is Mazaradi Fox and that was a hit. There was more than one person involved, and only one got arrested, so there was definitely some snitching involved.
