I don't worry about that. Even if your guy goes off for 100+ yards and a TD, you gotta figure the defense will still have some sacks/picks/fumble recoveries or even return TDs.
I actually kinda like when my QB is playing my defense. That way any pickoffs are cancelled out (-2 QB, +2 DST), pick sixes still net you a few points (-2 QB, +6 DST), and if it was a pick 6, your QB gets the ball right back
. And again, if your QB is torching them they still have the opportunity of getting points elsewhere.

Also, only reason I have 2 defenses is because my league only allows 4 RB's and 5 WR's. Might as well stream defenses.. there's nobody else to pick up

Cruz as a freaking lock
Personally I'd leave Jackson on the bench even in a favorable matchup. I own Jackson and am going to bench him, let's hope he doesn't burn me. I've started him all year and he's disappointed. With Glennon, things should look up for him though soon.

depends on who youre dropping reaves for, ogbonnaya comes with experience but not sure if he'll pick up the playbook quick enough for todays game

No love for Kelvin Benjamin? He's almost a lock start IMO. Dude is top 10 across the board statistically and is really their only option offensively. Not only a safe bet for some points but upside is huge as he's targeted deep a ton and has had deep catches thus far
