OFFICIAL 2014 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

Soooo many RB injuries.

I went from having a bad RB situation, to now having a bunch of guys. Bradshaw, ellington, bush, mcfadden, mason. No studs but all solid dudes/starters.
 
Worst week of all time, I'm cruising 3-1 record sitting pretty and nobody shows up this week :x

1 is my fault i started Brees AND the Lions Def forgot all about them playing eachother :smh:

Other than that nobody did anything .... almost my entire roster played early games and when they werepretty much over i was only ahead by 20 pts and my opponent still had 6 players left to play :smh:


Look at this ish ... unless Brown fumbles twice and loses major yards, along with Hopkins bombin im about to get blown away. Already down by 20 with no players left for me

We have a 3QB limit and I currently have Brees, Flacco, and Austin Davis with RG on the IR. RG is coming back soon and I gotta get rid of one. Someone is willing to give me Cutler and Foster for RG, J Reed and a future pick. If I do the deal, I still have to move one QB. Flacco or Austin of course, but Austin has a lot of potential and this is a dynasty. Any thoughts?

honestly.. who knows

the bills traded a 3rd or 4th (it's conditional) to the eagles for Bryce.. and he hasn't dressed for a game yet.. this is when they already had spiller and Jackson..

didn't want to trade spiller to the eagles in the offseason (we called about him first, before going after sproles).. and said they thought he was a huge part of their future (he's up for an extension in the offseason I believe).. and then hardly use him this year in the stuff that he was effective at the last 2 years (basically working well in open space)

so I got no clue
 
Scored 120 pts even with F Jax getting injured :smokin
Now dropping a defense for Bryce Brown, hopefully I get him through waivers
 
do I ride out the season with Matt Ryan or is any of the following a more serviceable option: Dalton, Tannehill, Palmer?
 
As a Matt Ryan owner, do I need to make a move to trade for another QB or maybe try to pick up Tannehill off waivers?
 
Nearly half way through the season, how are you guys liking your draft in hindsight?

i traded my first round pick after a few weeks

ill be happy to just sneak into the playoffs. i have no RB either
 
Declined an offer of my James Starks for Tre Mason the other day. Lost Fred Jackson yesterday. Now only have McCoy and Bush as my only startable RB's basically. Got Randle, Starks and Juwan Thompson on the bench.
 
Ive started Brandon Marshall 4 out of the 5 weeks and the one week i didnt start him is the only week his *** showed up.

I have no RBs either - Forsett, Gore (iffy), A. Smith
Hell i have no receivers - Marshall, T. Williams, Quick, Sanu

Brees and Lions Def are my saving grace

3-3 in a random league and now 3-2 in my main on

I like the idea of playing him on certain matchups and when he is at home too. His o-line is banged up so I'm just going to wait it out hoping for some continuity in that offense. Tannehill has put together 3 solid performances in row so I think I'm going to pick him up for insurance.
 
I think I drafted well, but in hindsight I should have kept Luck. Regardless my team is balling out so far. Sitting at 5-2 and in 1st place after this week. Hope it holds up through the playoffs.

Yeah, at this point I almost feel like I need to pick up Tannehill. Palmer is already owned as are most decent QBs. Eli is out there and so is RGIII, but idk if Eli is any upgrade to Ryan and the same with RGIII mainly due to health.

I'm getting offers like I give up Dez and Forte for Brees :lol:

In my 12 team league, I'm always playing the waiver wire. We have 12 slots on each team and I only have 6 players I originally drafted.

I'm always drawing picks from 10-12 each year. So i go into the season not confident at all.

I'm currently 3-3
