OFFICIAL 2014 FANTASY FOOTBALL THREAD

Friend is offering me Lamar Miller for Wes Welker.

I am kind of scarce on RB's.  Currently, have Foster, Bush, and Vereen in my ten man standard league.

I'd do it. I honestly don't think Welker plays much this year...he is too much of a risk IMO.
 
I got the first pick this year. Who y'all taking? Non PPR. Leaning Shady over AP or Charles right now.

Not bad. You got some nice upside all around. I feel like your wideouts are gonna be a little boom or bust each week, but you should be in every game. Definitely gonna need to hope for health.

Try to swing a trade to get Starks to back up Lacy

Its a really close call. I'd probably sit tight if trading him means you have to start Williams wk1. Even if Welker plays only a couple games, you'll have a nice WR for those weeks.

Get rid of Flacco. especially if this is a ten or 12 teamer. Just grab more RB depth.

this team is great. You should be fine with Smith. The advantages on the rest of your roster for a 16 teamer will more than make up for it.

Thanks man :smokin. And yeah, had 12th overall pick and took Dez. Was actually hoping to grab Julio in the 2nd but he went a few spots before me. Was more than happy to take Gio though. Didn't think he'd fall to me at 21.

Was targeting Roddy White, Shane Vereen, and Danny Woodhead but they all went either 1 or 2 picks before me in rounds 3, 4, and 6, respectively :lol:. Still happy with who I was able to grab instead though (Crabtree, Floyd, Jackson).

If you had to pick, which of these two defenses would you guys rock with this season? Browns or Bucs? Both are available on the waiver

Thinking about dropping Ladarius Green for Tim Wright, and Jonathan Grimes for Lance Dunbar......thoughts?

Ladarius has all the potential in the world but he still didn't do literally anything all preseason. Still looks like the same raw young player. Kinda scared to drop him and he flips the switch and turns into the next Julius Thomas though.

i'd chill with tim wright. pats offense is never easy to learn. brady doesn't trust new guys. apparently he only trusts edelman lol
