I've been running a non-NT 8 teamer for about 8 years now. We go deep - 2 QB's, 4 RB's, 5 WR's, 2 TE's, 2 Flex and 2 Defenses. That **** is fun as hell.
A lot of y'all are playing in leagues with morons, where you get 3 top 15 players in the first 4 rounds. That **** is no fun.
ok but that's how you should run a league with 8 members.
there are people in here talking about playing in 8 team leagues with 1 qb 2 rb 2 wr 1 te 1 k 1 d.

Yeah I'm kinda pissed I passed up Cameron now for Jordan Reed in one league. Glad I got him in my big money one though.

Never done an 8 team league...don't think I'd like it, but hey, to each their own. My favorite set up is 12 teams... 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 D, 1 K...Gotta have skill at the WR spot.

One of my boy's uncle practically owns a suite at the Linc (Eagles stadium), so we were gonna have our draft there tonight during the final preseason game. Free food/beer/snacks/etc. However, 2 of the guys in our league have a championship basketball series that starts tonight, and declined to let us know that until yesterday afternoon, forcing us to postpone the draft a few hours and have it at a bar instead. So heated right now

To answer FFs question I've been in one league with the same group of friends for I believe 7 years.. It was a year after I moved to MN I joined. In a California league with my old homies/cousins there for the past 3.. And last one my brothers work league needed someone 5 years ago and they've invited me back every year since. Won my bros work league twice.. The other leagues 0 wins
As far as random leagues I won a money league I joined last year with some misc brahs.. And a work league from my last job where I never got paid cause the bastard quit

900 yards and seven touchdowns is not unreasonable. I think he can do it. For a flex or wide receiver 3 in leagues that start 3 wide receivers I can't see anything wrong with the guy.

. Sounds like a plan.Well it's a pretty big bar, 2 stories and we'll be drafting on the second floor. Plus 2 of our friends will be bartending so they'll throw us some free drinks/grub. Isn't usually too crowded up there on Thursday nights and we'll have a little corner to ourselves with a few tables. It'll still be fun, but nothing like actually drafting at/during an NFL game :\.Wow. I also think Evans will definitely be fantasy relevant this year as a WR3/Flex. I'd probably go with Benjamin though.
