I like and think San Fran's secondary is improved. Cameron is the play, hope Hoyer utilizes him as a security blanket. They had some good, memorable weeks together before Hoyer got hurt.

I'd accept. Thomas has value in PPR even with Khiry and Cadet behind him. You need a RB2 before Rice's suspension ends in two weeks. Welker is out four with his own suspension. 16 weeks of Thomas > 12 weeks of Welker. Looming concussion scare always ever-present with Welker.
Can you swing Ivory and Welker for Thomas and WR3/WR4?

I am big on Terrance...plus, that game with the 9ers is going to be a shootout (as a lot of Dallas' games are this year...) and Dez can't catch EVERY ball...right?
Similar to what Champ said...personally, I'd start with offering Gio and Cooks...you will have to probably offer more, but this should get negotiations started. Most I'd offer is Bernard and Hilton (but I'm lower than Hilton on others)...(and ironically...best trade I made last year involved those two players...received Gio and Hilton for CJ Spiller after Week 4...worked out pretty well for me.)
Honestly, I'd probably do that. I am super low on Welker. Wouldn't be surprised if he plays less than 5 games this season.

I'm sitting D-Jax and Williams this week, if I can afford it.
Cooks is the third best option. Down to Mac9 and Freddy. Both players more valuable in PPR than standard. I'm inclined to recommend Freddy Jackson just because Chicago's run D was so putrid last season. Him and C.J. should get off with no semblance of a passing attack.
Just one man's opinion.
Bell, Ivory, Pierce, Cobb. PPR? Definitely Joique Bell.

If you draft a player in the first two rounds (maybe even first three), you start him every single week. No questions asked.
I'm not benching him, just a little concern of playing both Lacy and Jordy against Seattle in Seattle
