So I made a pre-week 1 trade of Knile Davis and Kelvin Benjamin for Carlos Hyde and Justin Hunter.



So freaking stupid.

You got Hyde and Hunter? If so, I think if you're patient, they might be better down the stretch.

Yes I did. Appreciate the optimism, but as far as Hunter I think I got caught up in the expert hype. He's shown nothing and Kendall Wright has actually looked better so far.

The Charles injury happened like clockwork

Yea i have him too. As a Chargers fan i should have known better.  Rivers spreads the ball around too much, he doesn't force feed it to his "best" target like many of the QB's.  And they play very conservative offense, especially if they are winning the game.  They start running on first and second down and just do little passes to the RB

I'm disappointed about Keenan Allen, should have kept this in mind.

Tough pick, I'd go Hilton. Benjamin has that big play capability though.

Should I drop the Broncos Defense? I have them and the Bengals Def on a bye after I picked up the Bengals D this past week. Looking at the lions or dolphins to stream this week.

I would roll with Lions.  Dolphins have to travel to London this week, no telling how that will effect their play.

Detroit against NYJ
Miami against Oakland

I picked up detroit. I don't like streaming the defense unless I have to and I think they're the best bet long term.

I wouldn't drop rainey or pierce right now.  Crowell has a crowded backfield with Tate probably back in week 5 to split snaps with West, Taliferro has same issue with Pierce probably back this week.  As a Pierce owner, I am holding onto him until I see what the workload looks like between him and Forsett/Taliaferro.  

I know rainey cant hold onto the damn ball but he will continue to get touches as Mike James has done nothing so far.

In a bit of a pickle with my defense this week. I have Cinci, they've been good, and they're on a BYE, so I don't want to really drop them.

So the available teams I'm considering are the Bears, the Bills, the Falcons, and the Steelers.

Bears face the Packers, who give up ninth most defense points in my league. They also have the most takeaways so far this year. Packers also have scored pretty low this year (18 PPG), but am afraid that they make blow up anytime now on offense. They also have a pick six, and the six most sacks.

The Bills face the Texans, who give up the twelfth fewest points in my league. But for my league, they are averaging 16.7 fantasy points, which is second only to the taken Patriots.

The Falcons face the Vikings, who give up the ninth most points in my league. What's intriguing about them is that the Vikings have been horrible throwing the ball, and have forced the most fumbles thus far.

Lastly, the Steelers play the Bucs, who give up the second most points in my league. The Steelers don't have a ton of turnovers, but still have a lot of potential to have a huge fantasy night agains the lousy Bucs.

I'm thinking either Bears of Steelers, but I'm not sure.



And the even bigger issue for me is who I would drop.

TE- Kyle Rudolph, Larry Donnell

I'm leaning towards either Kyle Rudolph or Dwayne Bowe. Rudolph being out for six weeks really hurts, and am trying to go after either Vernon Davis or Greg Olsen, but I'm not sure yet. Is Bowe the most logical choice to make there?

Dwayne Bowe is useless. He's been dropped in both leagues I'm in.

Drop Bowe, for sure.

Question: is CJ2K even worth keeping around at those point? Ivory is getting more touches so I have him and AP filling bench spots.

I've got Gio, Jeremy hill, and Kniles Davis right now.

Chris Ivory ALWAYS looks good then gets hurt and is out for extended amounts of time. Him and Ben Tate are the masters of that. So yes keep CJ on your team.

I might trade Chris Johnson for Eric Decker. I have McCoy, Bush, Fred Jackson and Asiata at RB, and Demaryius, Cobb, Cecil Shorts, Mike Evans and Jordan Matthews at WR. I feel like Decker would be better WR depth as a WR3/flex in the long run than CJ as a RB3/flex over my other guys.

You think Decker will produce with Geno as his QB? Just curious because I have Decker too. Monday was the first time I really watched NY play and I wasn't impressed.

Deangelo is back on the practicing slated to start this sunday. Tolbert is out at least 8 weeks. Don't know the extent of Stewarts injury tho.

im leaning d'angelo as well. Stewart could be out a month, tolbert is out at least 6-8 and Cam has been very gimpy.
