A friend of mine said he had to beat the Story to unlock Shinnok. He was already unlocked from jump for me. Weird.

Nut I am on the 4th or 5th chapter though. Maybe you don't have to wait until the end of Story Mode? I dunno b :lol:
 
Downloading the samurai costumes unlocks shinnok for you.

The netcode in this game is buns. Takes forever to find a match and when I do, it plays underwater. Hella frustrating :lol:

Lol. No way tho. I have em. I used that dope *** Kenshi one. And Shinniok is still grayed out -_-

Apparently there is some part in the game where a conversation suggest it. I read about it on IGN. He's not the first gay FG character. Persona has a gay character and I'm sure plenty of others do too. Poison from SF for those in the know. Ha ha ha

There are 2 conversations that confirm it. Play Liu Kang vs Kung Jin and Kung Jin's chapter in story mode.

when Kung Jin talks about not being accepted by the Shaolin,

Raiden then replies, its where your heart is at, not what your heart desires, somewhere along those lines.
