That's because MK9's AI was cheap and was able to dodge or block attacks literally as soon as the computer registered your button inputs

Not Sonys fault, it's the games fault for not using a better netcode.

Agreed I was gonna jump online but passed cause of the crappy netcode.

I mean the matches get so bad you just spam jump hard punch and uppercut until someone wins. After an hour of that I'm just asking myself "why am I doing this?".

Sometimes yeah, but the waiting game doesn't cut it for me. I also hate having to adjust my play for "online" mode

2015 and they're still releasing games with bad netcode? The ****

I knew mk fanboys would defend the netcode too it IS that bad considering other fighting games have much better code. This is unplayable right now. I'm not waiting around hoping I get somebody with a good connection too

It's ******* 2015. If the online isn't good the game is dead to me. And by good I mean just like playing offline for the most part


Mother ******* MVC2 remake plays flawlessly online and that came out in 2009

Glad it's not just me then. I can barely get a combo online sometimes. Some matches I just have to stand there, block and punch

Not the best connection but not the worst either. That honor goes to TVC. As much as I love that game, there were times I almost smashed my stick. Should have been ported to the PS3 and 360.
