I hate being a new sneakerhead because people automatically think I'm the same as the rest. and a hype beast etc. I know I still have a lot to learn about the game. but for me to tell so called OG sneakerheads I collect and them to have a mindset that I don't know anything is trash. it's not my fault I'm only nineteen this is a hobby im going to have for a while regardless of the decrease in quality over the last half decade. just had to get that out there not aimed at anyone in particular.

Kudos to you for keeping it real and not frontin' like you know it all lol. Everyone needs to start somewhere and most people who feel they have some sort of entitlement forget that...I wish you you didnt refer to the hobby as "the game" though haha.  Just a pet peeve of mine, as if we're in the trap or something

Cankles for the win! LOL! Just messin witcha. I almost bought those socks too but decided to wait. Might have to go back and get them now.

Naah, no cankles (guess you watched Shallow Hal recently), but the angle does kind of make it look that way, eh?  The socks are pretty smooth, and Champs had 'em BOGOHO, so I got two pairs of 'em.  The Oreos fit so comfortably with those socks, too.

As much as I like these shoes, I could see myself going without them. And if I certain eBay auction goes my way, these will be going back to Foot Locker stock. I'm in NYC, there's no reason or incentive for me to try and sell these for a $10 profit.

I'm a size 10, but these do fit a little big, even with my Spenco insole.
